Services

One firm. Three ways we work.

Every engagement with Dr. Donna Marino & Associates is shaped by the family, the business, and the moment. Executive coaching, meeting facilitation, and in-depth assessments — often in combination, never off the shelf.

01 · Executive Coaching

Bespoke coaching for the people carrying the enterprise.

A longitudinal, confidential engagement with a single leader — founder, heir, CEO, or senior executive — built around the transition or challenge they are navigating. Typical engagements run six to twenty-four months.

What it includes
  • Customized assessments — of strengths, values, motivators, and thinking style, integrated into the coaching.
  • Bi-weekly coaching — structured sessions with Dr. Marino or a senior associate (weekly cadence available).
  • Goal & progress reviews — ongoing feedback and progress assessment at each inflection point.
  • Between-session access — text and voice support for the conversations that can’t wait two weeks.

02 · Meeting Facilitation

Facilitated meetings that replace conflict with clarity.

Structured meetings with the leadership team, the ownership family, or the board — designed to surface the hard conversations that have been costing the business far more than anyone has admitted. We convene, we hold the room, and we send you away with written agreements that hold.

Common formats
  • Family council design — governance for the ownership family, separate from the operating business.
  • Sibling & generational sessions — the conversation no one else is willing to lead.
  • Board & executive team offsites — two-day intensives at inflection points.
  • Succession conversations — moving from “someday” to “signed.”

03 · Assessments

In-depth assessments, analyzed and integrated by psychologists.

Built on the model of clinical psychological assessment — a full battery of tools and interviews, drawn from multiple sources, analyzed and integrated into a written report. Used at inflection points: succession readiness, executive selection, team design, and leadership development.

What’s measured
  • Strengths & thinking style — how the leader processes, decides, and prioritizes under pressure.
  • Values & motivators — what drives engagement, loyalty, and long-term fit.
  • 360° interviews — structured input from peers, direct reports, family, and board members.
  • Integrated report — a synthesis with recommendations, delivered in a feedback session.
